Teppan: Grilled entreés served with miso soup, grilled vegetables and rice
AGEMONO dinners
Tempura: In tempura cooking, the chef dips the selected items into a delicate batter then places each item into hot tempura oil where it is cooked to the peak of tenderness. Tempura dinners are served with miso soup and rice.
Katsu: Katsu means breaded cutlet. Katsu dinners are served with miso soup, steamed vegetables and rice.
DONBURI-JU
Katsu Donburi-Ju, more commonly called Katsu-Don, is a breaded cutlet (katsu) with egg and onion, set atop a bed of rice served in a box. Dinners include miso soup.

Kitawase buckwheat (soba) is grown organically at Aurora Farm (Aroostook County) for Yosaku, which we grind into flour. Our soba noodles are handmade fresh daily. Quantities limited. Not available for take-out.
