DONBURI-JU
Donburi-Ju: Katsu Donburi-Ju Lunches include miso soup, more commonly called Katsu-Don, is a breaded cutlet (katsu) with egg and onion, set atop a bed of rice served in a box. Lunches include miso soup.

Hot Udon: Large, steaming bowl of noodles in a delicate broth
TEUCHI – SOBA NOODLES
Soba: Organic Kitawase buckwheat (soba) is used to make our soba noodles fresh daily by hand. Quantities limited. Not available for take-out.
TEPPAN GRILL
Teppan: Grilled entreés served with miso soup, grilled vegetables and rice.
AGEMONO
Agemono: Agameno refers to the Japanese art of deep frying using clean oil heated to the perfect temperature to create crisp, light-textured cooked items. Both tempura and katsu items are deep-fried.
Tempura: In tempura cooking, the chef dips the selected items into a delicate batter then places each item into the hot tempura oil where it is cooked to the peak of tenderness. Tempura lunches are served with miso soup and rice.
Katsu: Katsu means breaded cutlet. Katsu lunches are served with miso soup, steamed vegetables and rice.
